The retreats (silent retreats) begin every Solstice and Equinox (December 21st, March 21st, June 21st, September 21st)

21 day Retreat: To have finished the Moon Course
40 day Retreat: To have finished the Sun Course
Every Retreat includes:
Staying in El Arka
Individual Program
Personal Guidance and Direction withing the program
Individual Sessions
Yoga and Meditation from Monday to Friday
Saturday group therapy and Sauna
Sunday is a day off.
